Comments: The concept was to create a Cabernet Sauvignon with deep, earthy aromas which would showcase the bright notes of ripe cherry and cedar so commonly found in this legendary grape. Vanilla bean and spice linger in the finish. This wine goes particularly well with dishes such as Beef Bourguignon where the powerful aromas of each can play off each other.
