Fermentation: 100% fermented in a mix of Sweetness: Dry
French and American oak barrels
Aging: 22 months ‘sur lees’ in both French and American
oak barrels with lees stirring monthly.
Comments: This wine is worth the wait. As one of our longest aged wines, this Chardonnay shows its intensity and complexity right up front. Highly aromatic with notes of vanilla and butter cream, this smooth wine is the perfect match for poultry dishes with cream sauces.
