Fermentation: 85% stainless steel and 15% Sweetness: Dry
French and American oak barrels
Aging: 12 months in both French and American
oak barrels
Comments: This is a refreshing style of Chardonnay crafted in a fruit focused method. Highlights of ripe apple and peach notes mingle with a touch of lemon and light cream. This is a wonderfully food friendly wine that goes great with seafood as well as roasted game hen or grilled pork chops.
