Comments: This rose’ is reminiscent of the dry rose’ found in the south of France. Early pressing and a long cool fermentation help retain refreshing fruit qualities. Readily apparent of characteristics of strawberry and apricot. This crisp, dry wine goes well with Thai dishes as well as other spicy cuisines.
