Comments: This single vineyard selection of Chardonnay is a tribute to the versatility of this fine grape. Grown at higher elevation and allowed to fully mature on the vine, this Chardonnay displays wonderful depth and complexity. Layers of fruit such as apple and pear weave seamlessly with vanilla and honey in perfect balance with the acidity. Pairs great with smoky cheese, and buttery seafood such as oysters and lobster.
