Comments: Symbius represents our flagship red wine. A true Meritage, we combine 4 noble Bordeaux varieties in a unique blend that changes each vintage based on the strength of each variety. The result is a wine that is rich and powerful with dark fruit notes of black current and blackberry. Full bodied and earthy, the finish is smooth and lingering. This is a great accompaniment to comfort foods such as braised oxtails or brandy flamed peppercorn steak with roasted root vegetables.
