Additional Fees and Conditions

$175 cleanup fee after the event.
$175 for (1) bar serves for up to 50 Guests (includes setup and one bartender)
$225 for (1) bar that serves up to 50-100 Guests (includes set up and two bartenders)
$400 for (2) bars, serves 100+ Guests (includes set up and three bartenders)
$25 per person Buffet Style Food Menu is available.
50% deposit required. The remainder of the payment is due the day of the event.
4-day cancellation notice. After four days, the deposit payment is nonrefundable.
Only Prince Michel, Rapidan River wines, Prince Michel Hard Cider, and Tap 29 beers are allowed on-premise.
Military discounts of 10% off apply for event pricing.
Wine Club Member discounts of 15% off apply for event pricing.
Groups will have access to the room 30 minutes prior to the start of the event and 30 minutes after the event for decorating and clean up.
Outside catering for events is allowed.
