**NEW**Mad Wine Tour

Looking for a way to taste Madison County’s award-winning wines and enjoy spectacular vistas of Virginia’s Piedmont?  Your private tour includes three unique wineries where you will sample a total of 12 different Virginia wines, four at each location.  Your experience begins with us, next stop is Revalation Vineyards, and the final stop is Blue Quartz Winery.

Tours take place on Thursdays from 11am until 5pm.  The base price for this private tour is $59.00 per person, bus cost not included.  Bus pricing varies based on distance and travel time.  We are happy to work with groups on bus arrangements.  Group sizes must be 18-24 persons.  A non-refundable down payment of 50% is required for all reservations with the remaining 50% due one week prior to the tour date. Self-guided Tours

We love spontaneity, so stop by any day of the week for a self-guided tour of the winery and vineyards. There’s no need to call ahead since we’ve created an educational-go at your own pace-tour. Informational placards are spaced throughout our catwalk which circles around our winery production area. Finish your tour with a wine tasting in our panoramic tasting room which is literally suspended above our barrel cave and tank rooms.

Bus and Limo Tours

Bus tours of any size are always welcome at Prince Michel. Your tour begins with a glass of wine and light hors d’oeuvres. A private tour of the production facilities and vineyards (season dependent) is followed by a seated wine tasting conducted by one of our trained wine shop assistants. Our group tours are customized to your group’s needs, so call ahead and speak with one of our staff to create a tour package full of exceptional wines and great fun.

Private Tastings and Tours

For those of you who plan ahead, give us a call or send us an email for a private tour and wine tasting. A private tour allows you to get a hands-on education of the winemaking process from one of our Prince Michel “experts”. We can tailor private tours to include the vineyards and production areas or keep the focus on tasting wines.  Pricing and details below.

• ONLY Prince Michel, Rapidan River wines, Prince Michel Hard Cider and Tap 29 beers and  allowed on premise.

• Groups will have access to the room 30 minutes prior to the start of the event and 30 minutes after the event for decorating and clean up.

• Outside catering for events is allowed.
